Would you like the nicest home in a lower middle class neighborhood?
Q. A friend of mine has been looking to buy a real nice home. It is just beautiful and large and new. But it is in a shaky lower middle class minority dominated neighborhood. He is white. The second home is not nearly as nice but is in one of the nicest most affluent communities in the metro area. Would you rather have a real nice home in a poorer neighborhood or a smaller not so nice home in a beautiful rich neighborhood? Both cost the same amount. Both are an equal distance to work.

A. The worst house on the street is always the best investment. It will go up in value the most when it is upgraded. But secondly, you need the normal neighborhood. You want your children exposed to normal kids, not gang-bangers. You want them in schools where education is the focus, not controlling a bunch of young hoodlums. You want teachers that worry about test scores, not being shot by their students.

What is the nicest way to bring it up?
Q. My wife gave birth to our daughter a little over a year ago. She gained a lot of weight and has not lost it yet. I keep inviting her to come running with me or to join me at the gym but she is not taking my hints. What is the best and nicest way to bring it up? Should I suggest a specific diet?

A. Tell her you want to go to a healthy restaurant, then suggest a nice walk with the baby stroller around your neighborhood or in a park. Then try to go everyday together. Shower her with kindness, she might be sad that she lost her shape, and is keeping it inside and that has her a little down.

A. Wisconsin Dells, WI should be a nice place to life. This town is considered the world largest waterpark's city. There are so many indoor & outdoor waterparks. The town is a hug tourist place during summer because this has amusement parks, water activities (river tours, water skies, fishing, etc), museums, resorts, theaters, etc... Downtown is so alive: a bunch of stores, restaurants, bars, etc. And during the winter, people can still enjoy of the indoor waterpark resorts, shows, & off course the skies resorts. During winter, people can ski, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross country, sledding, etc. This town is very accessible from big cities: 30 mins from Madison WI, 2 1/2 hours from Milwaukee WI, 3 hours from Downtown Chicago IL, 3 hours… [cont.]
